"Situated in the peaceful countryside of Perigord green, this charming ground floor house is conveniently located near the picturesque town of Brantôme, also known as the Green Venice of Perigord. With easy access to all shops and amenities, this 2-star listed house offers a comfortable stay for guests.The house features a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious dining-room, and a convenient powder room with a shower. There is also a separate toilet for added convenience. The accommodation includes three bedrooms, with two beds and one bed measuring 140 and 110 centimeters respectively. Guests will also have access to a washing machine and a television.
Outside, there is a lovely garden room where guests can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A stone barbecue is available for those who wish to enjoy outdoor cooking, and a lawn area provides space for outdoor activities. Parking is available on the premises.
The house is equipped with electric central heating, making it suitable for year-round stays. For added convenience, we accept holiday vouchers as a form of payment. Please note that pets are not allowed in the property. Additionally, we offer the option to rent bed sheets for your stay.
