This delightful cottage boasts a picturesque setting, enveloped by a vast 4000 m² flower-filled garden adorned with trees. Perfect for families, the garden features a playful children's playground and a shaded bowling green. On the ground floor, a covered terrace measuring 50 m² invites you to indulge in outdoor meals and barbecues while enjoying the surrounding beauty.

Upon entering, you will be greeted by a generous vestibule that leads to the dining room complete with a fully equipped open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, teapot, coffee maker, toaster, raclette grill, and blender. The spacious living room boasts a cathedral-style ceiling and is furnished with a TV and DVD player, offering a cozy space to relax and unwind.

The ground floor also features a comfortable bedroom furnished with a luxurious 1.60 X 2 m bed. The modern bathroom is equipped with double washbasins and a walk-in shower, complete with complimentary toiletries. Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are provided for your convenience. A separate toilet with a washbasin is also located on the ground floor.

Access to the upper floor is via a charming spiral staircase, where you will find a spacious bedroom. This bedroom features a versatile 1.80 X 2 m bed, which can be separated if needed, as well as a crib for families with young children. Another bedroom on the upper floor offers three beds measuring 0.90 m X 2 m, perfect for accommodating larger groups. A second bathroom and toilet are also located on this floor. A mezzanine overlooking the living room provides a small desk and a comfortable chaise lounge, creating a serene space for work or relaxation.

Rest easy knowing that sheets and towels are provided, and the beds will be made upon your arrival. Electric heating is included for your comfort. A cleaning deposit of 70 euros is required. Bicycles are available upon request, and amenities such as a high chair, changing mat, wooden bed, and baby bath can be provided. Our friendly hosts are happy to offer advice and provide tourist information. You will also have access to special discounts at various tourist sites. Additionally, there is an opportunity to partake in a wine tasting experience featuring the renowned Touraine wines, courtesy of our winemaker friends.

'If you are coming from Paris, take the A10 motorway towards Blois. Once in Blois, continue towards Vierzon-Romorantin. After crossing the Loire River, turn right towards Montrichard. From Montrichard, follow the signs for Loches/Faverolles sur Cher. Cross the Cher River and at the second roundabout, go straight for 200m and then take a left towards St Aignan/St Julien de Chedon. Take the first right and follow our signs.

If you are coming from Vierzon, you can take the A85 and exit at Noyers-sur-Cher, then continue on the N76. Alternatively, you can take the D976 and exit at Angé/St Julien de Chédon and follow the signs to St Julien.

From Tours, you can take the A85 and exit at Sublaines/Bléré, then continue towards Vierzon. Alternatively, you can take the D976 and exit at Montrichard/St Julien. At the roundabout, follow the signs for Loches and after 200m, turn left behind the CARREFOUR MARKET supermarket towards St Aignan/St Julien. Take the first right and follow our arrows.

If you are coming from Loches, head towards Montrichard. Just before the shopping center, turn right towards St Aignan/St Julien de Chedon. Take the first right and follow our signs.'
