On the ground floor, there is a master bedroom with an attached bathroom and toilet, an additional bathroom and separate toilet, as well as a jacuzzi, sports area, and billiard room.This spacious house, located 15 km from Blaye and 45 km from Bordeaux, is perfect for a group of 8 people. Enjoy a peaceful countryside vacation by the pool, which also features a bar and barbecue area. The property includes a beautiful 3000 m2 park with a pond.
The well-equipped kitchen invites you to unleash your culinary creativity, and the comfortable living area is furnished with a large sofa, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a wide selection of movies. Sheets and towels are provided, and cleaning can be done by the tenant or for an additional fee. Upon arrival, a visitors tax of 0.9 euros per person per night will be required.
