Description for B&B:

The Annexe is a separate part of our family home located in Chadalais, in the Maisonnais-sur-Tardoire commune within the Parc Natural Regional Perigord Limousin. Situated between Charente, Haute-Vienne, and the Dordogne, we are conveniently positioned midway between Angoulême and Limoges.

Our well-equipped Annexe offers a self-contained space with its own private entrance. We only accept one booking at a time, making it perfect for solo travelers, friends, or families. You have the option to choose between one or two bedrooms, both included in the rate. The Annexe is ideal for short-term or overnight stays, whether you're visiting for house hunting, professional purposes, family events, or simply passing through. Additionally, we are located a short drive away from Domaine des étangs and Chateau Rocher, making us a convenient choice for those attending events at these venues.

During your stay, we provide all the necessary space and amenities, including a separate lounge and bathroom, a separate keyed entrance, high-quality bed linens, soft furnishings, and towels. You'll also find a mini-fridge and drink making facilities, Wi-Fi, HD UK TV, central heating, branded toiletries, flexible check-in and check-out times, secure off-road parking, and the option for early luggage drop off if needed. All costs, such as electric, linen, cleaning, and local taxes, are included in the rate with no additional charges.

For guests opting for the Bed and Breakfast option, please note that there are no kitchen facilities, but we provide ample tea and coffee making facilities, provisions, and a small fridge. The accommodation also offers secure parking.

The sleeping accommodation offers three options: a king-size room for up to 2 guests, a twin room for up to 2 guests, or the option to book both rooms for a maximum adult occupancy of 4 guests. Both bedrooms are clean and well-presented, featuring comfortable beds with characterful touches and views of the surrounding countryside. There are also clothes storage facilities and hanging space in both bedrooms, as well as hanging space in the hall. Fans are available for keeping cool in the summer, and there is adequate heating for staying warm during the winter months.

Please note that there is no dedicated garden or outside space for guests of The Annexe.

Upon arrival, you will be provided with fresh bed linen, towels, and toiletries. We can accommodate one child under 3 at no extra charge, and a cot and highchair can be provided upon request. Our rates include electric, linen, towels, heating, after-stay cleaning, and local tourist taxes, with no additional charges.

Chadalais is a charming village and a great place for a relaxing evening stroll or to explore the picturesque Limousin countryside. We are just a short drive away from several towns and villages that offer a variety of dining options throughout the year, as well as shops, bars, and cafes. We will provide dining recommendations in the guest information.

Please note that we do not offer a served or buffet breakfast due to the differing preferences of our guests. However, a self-serve continental breakfast is included in the standard rental rate and will be provided in your room, consisting of pastries, tea/coffee, and fruit juice.
