This renovated seaside cottage is perfect for two couples with children, comfortably accommodating up to 12 people. The enclosed garden features a terrace, lawn, and barbecue area.On the ground floor, you will find a spacious 16 m² kitchen equipped with two sinks, a drainer, a 12-place dishwasher, a 5-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, and various other utensils.
Additionally, there is a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, storage shelves, an ironing board, and a steam iron.
The living area consists of a 60 m² combined living room and dining room, complete with a color TV and DVD player. The cozy leather seating area and large dining table can comfortably accommodate between 10 and 12 people.
The flooring throughout the cottage is epoxy for a modern touch.
