Payment and Deposit:
- A deposit of 48 euros is required at the time of booking, payable by check or credit card.
- The remaining balance of your stay will be settled upon your arrival.

Cancellation and No Show:
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the arrival date will not incur any charges.
- Late cancellations or no shows within 3 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Occupancy Conditions:
- Check-in time starts at 1:00 p.m.
- Check-out time must be no later than 11:00 a.m.

Getting to Lourdes:
By car:
- The two main entrances to the main shrines are one-way streets that change every 15 days. From the city center, take Rue de la Grotte from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and Boulevard de la Grotte from the 16th to the 30th/31st of the month. Please check the direction of flow on the day of arrival.

By bus:
- Bus shuttles (Citybus) are available from the station to the Grotto - Hotel - Station. Buses operate every 15 minutes from Easter to October. The price is 1.20€ per person for one way and 2.20€ per person for a return trip. Operating hours are from 7:00 to 19:00 (until 22:30 in July and August).

Where to park:
- There are parking areas and private parking for vehicles near the Sanctuary, including Paradise Esplanade and Esplanade of Arrouza.
- Paying covered parking lots are available at Municipal Parking Peyramale (located at Peyramale Place in downtown) and Municipal Parking Merlasse (located on Bishop Schoepfer Avenue near the sanctuaries).
- There are also parking spaces near the Sanctuary, such as Parking Boissarie, Rue du Docteur Boissarie, Quai St Jean, Sainte Marie, Place de la Merlasse, Careers Peyramale Street, Avenue du Paradis, Paradise Esplanade Parking, From Equality, Rémi Sempé Avenue, and Bishop Avenue.
