This charming south-facing house offers 2 spacious rooms with a total area of 49 m2. The house features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a mezzanine, as well as private parking, a private pool, a tennis court, a beautiful garden, and a bowling green.

Our services include providing bed linen and towels, however, the end of stay cleaning is not included. If you wish, we can arrange professional cleaning for an additional fee of 30 Euros.

The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, washing machine, iron, fan, fireplace, TV, and internet. Outside, you can relax on the garden furniture or sunbathe on the deckchairs.

There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the vicinity. Montpellier city center is just a short distance away, where you can explore its vibrant atmosphere. Nature lovers will be delighted to discover the charming countryside and vineyards, as well as attractions such as the ravines of AOCSont Arcs, Les Demoiselles caves, the gorges of Herault, and Mont Aigoual with its breathtaking views of the Alps to the Pyrenees. If you prefer the sea, it is only a pleasant 35-minute drive from the house.
