Welcome to our unique self-catering holiday House located in the rural Limousin region of central France, also known as the Land of a Thousand Lakes. With the capacity to accommodate up to 14 people, this house has been completely renovated and furnished to a high standard, offering something truly special to our guests.Step inside and you'll be captivated by the contemporary and uncluttered feel of the interior, tastefully furnished with original features and beautiful wood flooring throughout. Choose from six lovely bedrooms, five of which have private shower/bathrooms. Additionally, one of the ground-floor bedrooms/bathrooms is accessible for wheelchair users. Outside, you'll find a spacious private garden and dining terrace with panoramic views of the open countryside and picturesque meadows filled with buttercups.
Conveniently situated in the charming village of St Germain les Belles, just 30 minutes south of Limoges, our house offers easy access to local shops, restaurants, historic buildings, and a family-friendly swimming lake with a vibrant bar and restaurant during the summer months. Limousin has been hailed as the "French Lake District," boasting some of the most untouched and natural landscapes in France. Whether you're seeking lakeside relaxation or meandering country walks through rolling hills and forests, this region offers a true taste of rural French culture and a slower pace of life.

Our location is in the village of St - Germain Les Belles (Haute -Vienne), which is situated 425 km south of Paris, a 4-hour drive away. Additionally, we are only 35 km south of Limoges, the capital of Limousin, which can be reached within a 30-minute drive. The village is conveniently accessible, being just a 10-minute drive from the A20 motorway (exit 42), the primary highway linking Paris to the southern regions of France.
