This village house is an ancient and independent property located on the edge of a wooded area. It features a charming enclosed garden of 600m². There is a convenient parking space available outside, as well as a private courtyard that is fully enclosed.Inside the house, you will find a spacious kitchen equipped with a gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchen also has direct access to a terrace, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. The living room, measuring 30m², is cozy and features a wood stove, two single beds (90cm), a TV, and WIFI access.
The house includes a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (160cm). There is also a convenient shower room and a separate toilet. Additionally, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron for your use.
Within 1km, you will find a very nice hostel that serves local specialties, allowing you to indulge in the region's culinary delights. For your convenience, there is also an option for end-of-stay cleaning (additional fee of 40 euros). Sheets and towels are provided, and the beds will be made upon your arrival. The tourist tax is included in the rental price.

Directions
To reach the destination from the A31 motorway exit NIGHTS SAINT GEORGES, follow the D25 road in the direction of "Vergy monuments and sites" and Pont de Pany. Continue on the D35 road towards Pont de Villars Fontaine Pany. Keep going straight until you reach a junction where you should turn left towards MESSANGES. Continue straight ahead, and you will find the house on your left at number 20 rue vineyards.
