At our school, we exclusively utilize environmentally certified products sourced directly from the farm owned by Cioran, who also operates the hotel-pension. The farm, known as Fereme, supplies us with daily fresh produce, including dairy products, meat products, eggs, vegetables, fruits, homemade bread, and pastries. Moreover, tourists visiting our school have the opportunity to engage in various farm activities, such as participating in animal nutrition tasks like milking, assisting with the collection and preservation of vegetables and fruits, and even enjoying horseback riding on donkeys or in sleds and cars.
