Situated in the historic district along the famous "Promenade des Anglais" with stunning views of the sea, the Lou Souleou boasts a fantastic location between the beach and the old town.Start your day with a delicious breakfast while enjoying the breathtaking sea view from the lounge or balcony, and witness magnificent sunsets every evening.
Our bed and breakfast offers various accommodation options, including a cozy and straightforward room, two double rooms named "Swazi" and "Zen" featuring private terraces, a dormitory with four beds called "Inti," and a spacious family room for four people named "Azur."
All our room rates include a delightful continental breakfast to kickstart your day.
Lastly, our friendly feline companions, Machu and Picchu, will eagerly await your arrival and warmly greet you during your stay.

Directions
To get to our location from the airport, you can catch bus number 98 and get off at the "Albert 1er" stop. From there, head towards the beach and make a left onto the promenade des Anglais, walking towards the hill. After passing the "Roller station" shop and the "Pailin" restaurant, take a left and then immediately turn right onto rue des ponchettes. Our address is number 26 on that street.
The bus fare is 4€ per person. Alternatively, if you prefer a taxi, it will cost around 30/35€.
If you are coming from the train station, turn left and take the tramway to "Pont Michel". Get off at the "Opéra-Vieille Ville" stop. Once you exit the tramway, walk towards the front of the stop and take rue de la préfecture for about 500 meters. Then, take a right in front of the step onto rue Jules Gilly, and after 200 meters, take a left onto rue des ponchettes. Our address is 26 rue des ponchettes.
