Description for B&B:
FACILITIES:We have two guest rooms with double beds. Each guest is provided with one feather pillow and one hollow fibre pillow. If you have a feather allergy, we can provide a hollow fibre duvet instead of the usual feather duvet. All of our bed linen is made of 100% cotton. Our mattresses are comfortable and are turned after every guest's departure. They also have mattress protectors for added cleanliness.
In our open-plan upstairs sitting room, we offer tea and coffee-making facilities. Free WI-FI access is available, and you can simply ask us for the code. Families with babies, small children, and party groups are welcome to book both guest rooms. Although we do not have a dedicated family room, our guest rooms are separated by a private open-plan sitting room and are conveniently close to each other.
Please note that we are a bed and breakfast establishment, not a guest house or hotel. Our facilities are those of a private home. We take pride in providing a small and friendly operation, and we genuinely enjoy welcoming guests to our home.
To enhance your stay, we offer a 3-course dinner with wine included every night of the week. This must be booked in advance, with a minimum notice of 24 hours.
Our location offers peace and quiet, which should not be underestimated. We are situated off the main road, which is already a quiet road in itself.

Directions
LOCATION AND DIRECTIONS:
We are located on the northern border of Pays de la Loire, near the village of Averton. We are equidistant between Alencon and Le Mans.
To reach La Maison de Noyer B & B at La Cesnerie, we recommend using LD Lines and taking the Newhaven-Dieppe service. It takes about an hour to drive from the M25 junction that connects to the M23 to Newhaven. The ferry journey lasts approximately four hours and is a relaxing way to start your trip. Once you arrive in Dieppe, it will take around 2 hours and 45 minutes to reach us in St. Aubin du Desert via Rouen. The journey is now much faster thanks to the speedy A28, which didn't exist a few years ago.
Driving times from the ferry ports are approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes from Dieppe, Caen, and Le Havre; 3 hours from Cherbourg; and 3 hours and 45 minutes from Calais. Le Mans is just 50 minutes away, Alencon and Mayenne are both 30 minutes away, and the Loire Valley & Saumur are approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes away.
DIRECTIONS: If you are traveling south on the A28, take exit 20 and drive to Sille le Guillaume. From there, continue to Fresnay sur Sarthe, then drive through Souge le Ganelon and St Paul le Gaultier. Continue towards Villaines la Juhel on the D15, which becomes the D119 as it enters the Mayenne. Turn right onto the D268 towards Gesvres, and then take the first right to La Maison de Noyer at La Cesnerie.
If you are using a GPS, enter "LA CESNERIE 53700" for directions to our hamlet of only 3 houses. La Maison de Noyer is located down a short drive off the D268 and through a metal field gate.
