Adjacent to the living room is a dining area with two sofa beds, providing additional sleeping arrangements if needed. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze. The house also includes a convenient shower room and a separate WC for added comfort.
Upstairs, accessed by a ladder, you will find a charming 30m2 bedroom with a comfortable double bed, providing a peaceful haven for restful nights. Outside, a gravelled terrace awaits you, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals and relaxing in the tranquility of the surroundings. The property also boasts a beautiful garden with trees and a designated parking space for your convenience.
