The cottage is situated in a prime location, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the Alsace plain and the Black Forest. It is also conveniently positioned to explore central Alsace around Colmar. Our accommodation is nestled in the mountains, right at the top of the village, next to the owners' house but still maintaining its independence.For nature enthusiasts and hikers, there are marked trails available right from the doorstep, suitable for activities such as walking, mountain biking, and snowshoeing. Sports enthusiasts can easily access the Lac Blanc ski resort, just a 20-minute drive away, providing a range of options for both summer and winter activities such as biking, hiking, climbing, downhill skiing, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, and even sledging. The Vosges ridges and the numerous lakes in the area offer a picturesque backdrop, and visitors can indulge in the local specialties at one of the many farm-inns nearby.
Those interested in cultural and historical heritage will be delighted by the charming villages along the wine route, including Kaysersberg, Eguisheim, Riquewihr, Ribeauvillé, and of course, Colmar. Additionally, the historical site of Linge, which played a significant role in World War I, is worth exploring.
Lastly, for those captivated by Alsatian tradition, the magical Christmas markets that illuminate the region throughout December are not to be missed. With so many options available, you will be spoiled for choice!

Gite Description:This spacious gite offers a comfortable stay for up to 6 people with its 90m² area. The living area consists of an open kitchen, a cozy living room, and a separate lounge area. There are 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with its own shower room, and an additional independent shower room. The gite also features 2 toilets, one of which is independent.
The property includes an entrance, a storeroom, and a cellar for your convenience. Outside, you can enjoy a covered and furnished outdoor terrace, perfect for relaxing and dining. The gite is surrounded by a large garden that borders a beautiful forest. There are also two private parking spaces available for guests.
Additional amenities include electric floor heating and a pellet stove for cozy warmth. Pets are welcome, provided they get along well with the owner's animals (dog, cat, chickens, goats).
Services included in your stay are electricity, water, and a range of linens including towels, kitchen linen, and bed linen. The beds will be made for you upon arrival. Household products, as well as a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, and iron, are also provided. Wifi (optical fiber) and 4G are available for your connectivity needs.
