The lodge, situated at an elevation of 1750m in the picturesque hamlet of Plautus Orcières, is a beautifully renovated old farm using traditional materials. Our establishment produces homemade jams and sells honey under the esteemed brand name of Alpine Delights. We warmly welcome guests throughout the year, offering an authentic and cozy mountain experience. To access the destination, you can follow these travel directions:
By road: If you are coming from Gap and Grenoble, simply follow the ski resorts of Champsaur and Orcières 1850. After passing the village of Orcières, continue for 4km and take the second left downhill, following the sign that says "The Plautus." Once you reach the parking area, park your vehicle. From there, the heart of the hamlet can be reached by taking the street that leads off the parking area, which is approximately 40m away.
By train: If you prefer to travel by train, the nearest railway station is Gap.
