Located in the heart of the breathtaking natural park of Brenne in the center of Indre, this independent lodging is the perfect retreat for up to 10 people. Spread over a single level and covering 125m2, this charming accommodation features a private above-ground swimming pool (Zodiac) exclusively for guests.Step inside this beautifully restored 18th-century farmhouse, completed in 2018, and marvel at the stunning tiles, stonework, and beams that showcase its historical charm. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including 3 Italian showers and 3 toilets, comfort and convenience are guaranteed.
On one side, the village offers a delightful enclosed garden with views of the nearby shops. On the other side, 2 expansive walled gardens await, complete with a swimming pool, ping-pong table, and outdoor games to keep everyone entertained.

Rates for July start at €1100 per week, which includes bed sheets. For August, the rate is €1300 per week, also with bed sheets provided. Weekend or midweek rentals are available throughout the year, except for July and August.
The accommodation offers a mix of beds, including 2 king-size beds (160cm) and 6 single beds (90cm).
Conveniently located in Prissac 36370, to the south of the Natural Park of Brenne and bordering the Vienne, Indre, Loire, Creuse, and Haute Vienne regions, there are plenty of activities to enjoy. From canoeing and kayaking to fishing, tennis, and visiting museums and castles, there is something for everyone. The nearby Beauval Zoo and Futuroscope are also popular attractions.
