Annex 43 is conveniently located at the base of the historic Guérande ramparts. This charming accommodation offers a comfortable living room with a TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen complete with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all necessary dishes and utensils. The bedroom features a spacious king size bed (160), and the bathroom includes a walk-in shower and toilet. Guests also have direct access to a terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, a plancha, and a lovely garden area.Your rent includes the convenience of having your bed linen already made upon your arrival, as well as shower sheets and towels, and kitchen linen. Additionally, Annex 43 provides a private parking space and WIFI access as part of the essential amenities.
Please note that access to the laundrette is not included and is available for an additional fee of 3.5 units. Visitors are also responsible for paying the tourist tax.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, pets are not allowed and the accommodation is strictly non-smoking.
Annex 43 is available for rental stays of at least two nights, with rentals during July and August exclusively from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in is available from 15:00, and check-out is by 10:00.
