This spacious cottage can comfortably accommodate 5 to 6 people. It offers a total area of 110 m², including a cozy living room of 30 m² with a TV, DVD player, and mini CD radio for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, 1 hotplate, 3 gas fireplaces, a refrigerator, and a fireplace with a wood stove.The cottage features a bedroom with a comfortable 160 x 200 bed, another bedroom with two beds measuring 90 x 190 each, and an independent room with a 140 x 190 bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Additionally, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron table, washbasin, and a separate toilet.
Enjoy the beautiful view of the garden and castle from the terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. The private garden is fenced and measures 110 m², providing a safe and pleasant space for relaxation. A garage is also available for your convenience.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in the cottage, and unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Directions
To reach the destination, exit the A75 motorway at exit 15 and make a left turn towards St Germain Lembron. Then, take a right towards Boudes and continue on the road until you reach Chalus. As you enter Chalus, you will notice a barn with a red porch. The house is located behind this barn.
