Nestled in the beautiful heritage area of Suisse Normande, the house is situated on the grounds of an ancient Abbey, surrounded by picturesque woodlands. In the past, pilgrims visiting Mont-St-Michel would collect water from the stream in these serene grounds. The rich history and tranquil setting make Le Gaudin a truly exceptional place. While preserving the original character of the farmhouse, we have enhanced and renovated the house to cater to the needs of modern travelers. Every aspect of the property reflects the creativity and charm of the region, from the exposed stone walls to the grand fireplace and the long table where guests gather for delightful communal dinners.
