Our residence, previously owned by the esteemed knight of Arliguie who served as the commander of the citadel of Blaye, truly lives up to its title as a masterful house. It boasts 4 spacious bedrooms and a living room with additional sleeping arrangements. Alongside the main house, there is a charming cottage that can accommodate up to 3 people. Additionally, the property features an expansive cellar spanning over 100 m², all nestled on a vast plot of over 2 hectares. Surrounded by the serene beauty of woods and vineyards of Côtes de Blaye, this house offers a tranquil retreat.Having once belonged to a General Farmer of the King, this house has recently undergone restoration to recapture its 18th-century charm and elegance. The vestibule itself dates back to the 16th century, adding a touch of historical significance. Nestled amidst nature, the property provides a sense of security and tranquility, allowing you to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. However, just 1 km away, the village of Saint Ciers offers all the necessary shops and amenities.
