Description for Gite
Experience the ultimate glamping getaway with us! In 2017, we introduced brand new safari tents to ensure that you no longer have to sleep on the floor or share bathrooms. Instead, you can enjoy the great outdoors and the thrill of camping without compromising on comfort. Our luxurious camping experience is designed to provide you with the perfect balance of tranquility and cosiness.Unlike other crowded camping sites, we take pride in our small-scale approach. With only 6 tents, each uniquely decorated, you can expect a more intimate and private setting. One tent is even secluded for those seeking utmost privacy, while the other 5 tents are spread across a spacious 1.25-acre field. From every tent, you'll be treated to stunning views of the surrounding fields.
Our tents are equipped with verandas, comfortable beds (which we sleep on ourselves too!), dining tables and chairs, and cozy sitting areas. You'll also find mosquito nets on all the beds for uninterrupted sleep. And to add a touch of luxury, each tent has its own private bathroom just a few steps away. Our newly renovated bathroom building features brand new shower rooms, and each door proudly displays your family name, making it exclusively yours during your stay.
As an added bonus, we offer a large former cow barn that serves as a multi-purpose space. Here, you can enjoy your complimentary breakfast in the morning and make use of the tea and coffee facilities. We also provide a fridge for your convenience. If you're in the mood for a delicious dinner, simply write your name on the list and join us for a lovely meal. Alternatively, you have the option to rent a mobile cooking unit to prepare your own meals at your tent. We even offer gas heating for cooler nights during the off-season, or you can cozy up with hot water bottles and extra blankets, provided free of charge.
