Welcome to the 1st floor of a small residence, accessible by elevator, that offers a solarium and private parking. This recently renovated apartment is meticulously decorated and boasts a breathtaking sea view.We offer a "bed and breakfast" experience for 1 to 4 people. Breakfast, bed linen, and towels are included. Additionally, you have the option to prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen or explore the local restaurants along the seaside.
As we live nearby, we are available to ensure the success of your stay and leave you with a desire to return. We can provide you with advice on places to visit, tours to take, and special offers from our partners such as restaurants, shops, and wine cellars. However, we also respect your independence and encourage you to participate in the various activities we offer.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a cabin with bunk beds, a dining area in the veranda, an HVAC system, a safe, a TV with TNT and DVD player, a hairdryer, and chairs for access to the solarium.
