"Welcome to our charming country holiday cottages, both awarded with 3 stars. The first one, named 'Cabernet,' offers a spacious 90 m² living space suitable for up to 5 people. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a convenient storage room, a cozy lounge area, a delightful dining room, and a comforting fireplace. The first floor features two lovely bedrooms, furnished with a double bed (140 cm) in each and an additional single bed (90 cm). There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet. Our amenities include firewood for the fireplace, a television with a DVD player, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and WiFi access.The second cottage, known as 'Merlot,' also offers 90 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 5 people. On the first floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen, a practical storage room, a comfortable lounge area, and a charming dining room. There is also a convenient shower room. The second floor features two cozy bedrooms, furnished with a double bed (140 cm) in each and an additional single bed (90 cm). A bathroom and a separate toilet are also provided. Directions
To reach Paris, take exit 40A and continue on the N137 towards Saintes. When you reach Poteau, make a left turn and then take the first right towards Villeuneuve at a location called Baillou. Follow the road for 500 meters until you reach Château Mercier, which will be located on your left.
