This cozy timber frame cottage, nestled in an oak grove, offers a comfortable retreat on the hills of Cahors. The cottage is equipped with air conditioning and features a spacious living/dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms even has a charming loft space, with a double bed (1.40m), a single bed (0.90m), and a bunk bed (0.90m). The bathroom boasts a thermostatic shower, and there is a separate toilet. For your entertainment, the cottage provides a TV with a home theater system, as well as a sofa and telephone for your convenience. Families with infants will find everything they need, including necessary baby items and children's games. Outside, there is a delightful porch and a generous 40m2 terrace, perfect for enjoying the picturesque surroundings.
