Our spacious lodging measures 60m² and is situated on the second floor of our house. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 individuals. The lodging comprises of a cozy living room equipped with a TV and DVD player. Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed (140x190), while the second bedroom offers two single beds (90x190). The beds will be made prior to your arrival, and towels are provided in the bathroom which has a shower. Other amenities include a washing machine, access to the garden with a lovely pool and sun loungers, WiFi, and on request, a crib and baby equipment. We also offer babysitting and additional cleaning services. The minimum rental period is 2 nights.Reviews

If you are coming from Strasbourg or Mulhouse on the A35, follow these directions:
1. Take exit 25 towards Freiburg / Horbourg / Colmar South.
2. Stay on the left lane and make a left turn onto rue de la Semm D13, heading towards Colmar Sud.
3. Continue straight until you reach a traffic light, then make a right turn onto avenue d'Alsace N422.
4. Proceed straight and at the second traffic light, make a right turn onto rue du Landwasser.
5. Keep going straight and take the fifth street on your left.
6. Continue along this path until you reach the Niederau green house with a deer on the front.
