This charming furnished studio is located on the first floor of a beautiful character building in the historical heart of Aix en Provence. It is situated in a quiet communal courtyard, ensuring a peaceful stay. The studio is equipped with secure WIFI and can accommodate 1 to 3 people.The location is ideal, just a few steps away from the famous Cours Mirabeau, the Granet Museum, The Quatre Dauphins place, the bus and taxi station, and only 30 meters from various shops. The Carnot car park is a minute's walk away, making parking convenient. Additionally, the TGV station is only 15 minutes away by shuttle, and the airport is 25 minutes away by shuttle bus.
The studio is situated in the residential area of Mazarin and offers complete equipment, including linen provided free of charge upon arrival and changed weekly upon request. The cleanliness of the studio and the warmth of its decor create a welcoming atmosphere. Unlimited WIFI and a bouquet of international channels are provided for entertainment. Guests also have the freedom to come and go as they please, allowing for a comfortable and relaxed stay.
The studio features a fully equipped kitchen, allowing guests to avoid eating out for every meal.

La visite d'Aix se fait à pied
Après un accueil chaleureux, nous avons constaté que la location de vacances était très propre et bien équipée. La location est au calme sur cour malgrè sa localisation idéale au coeur historique d'Aix en Provence. Il y a un parking 'carnot' à proximité ou la possibilité de louer un garage privé bien moins cher. La ville est sûre et magnifique. Merci Armand pour toutes les bonnes adresses.

séjour parfait
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans ce logement propre, calme et très bien situé au cur d'Aix. Les sites touristiques, les commerçants et les restaurants sont à quelques pas. La visite de la ville se fait à pied. C'est une merveilleuse ville. Merci pour l'accueil et les bonnes adresses.
