There are three cozy studio rooms available. The first room measures 24m² and includes a bedroom with a kitchen area, as well as a salon with a comfortable sofa. Additionally, there is a separate shower room and toilet for your convenience. The second room features a 10m² mezzanine with a 140 cm bed. Both rooms offer a private terrace where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors, complete with garden furniture.Description for Gite
We offer two charming cottages, each measuring 55 m². The first cottage features a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140 cm) and two bunk beds suitable for children (with new bedding). It also includes a modern bathroom with an Italian shower, a separate toilet, and a spacious living room with a lounge area and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge (including a freezer compartment), a microwave oven, an induction hob, an electric oven, a kettle, a Carte Noire coffee machine, and all necessary dishes.The second cottage, approximately 65 m² in size, boasts two cozy bedrooms. One bedroom offers a double bed (140 cm), while the other bedroom has two single beds (90 cm each), all with new bedding. The cottage also includes a convenient toilet cubicle with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and a spacious living room with a lounge area and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge (including a freezer compartment), a microwave oven, an induction hob, an electric oven, a kettle, a Carte Noire coffee machine, and all necessary dishes.
Both cottages provide free WiFi access and parking in the courtyard. Additionally, each cottage has its own entrance and private terrace with comfortable garden furniture, allowing you to relax and enjoy the surroundings, depending on the season.
Please note that access to the laundry room is reserved for stays of one week or more. In light of the recent increase in energy costs, we have decided not to raise our rates. However, we kindly request that guests be mindful of their energy consumption. We will be checking the meters daily, and if there is an excessive use of energy, we reserve the right to charge a supplement.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.

De gite is voorzien van het modernste comfort, de eigenaars onderhouden hun gites en domein zeer goed, alles verkeert in onberispelijke staat. Het was een genoegen om hier te mogen zijn. Ideaal voor rustzoekers.

Agréable pause dans un écrin de verdure sur notre parcours de vacances. Nous avons découvert une magnifique propriété entretenue avec soin, des gîtes décorés avec goût pour une ambiance apaisante. Merci à Valérie et Marc pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur générosité.

Gîte très bien situé pour visiter la Vendée, propriétaires très accueillants, discrets. Cadre magnifique dans la campagne tout en étant proche des grandes surfaces et des restaurants. Gîte décoré avec amour, excellente literie, avec tout les ustensiles de cuisine (sauf le grille-pain) , très cosy et confortable. Séjour très apprécié. Merci à vous

When you reach NANTES, head towards Bordeaux on the A83 motorway. Take exit N ° 7 towards LUCON. Drive through St Jean de Beugne and Ste Gemme La Plaine. At the crossroads, continue following the signs for Fontenay le Comte. After 300m, turn right onto a smaller road. At the stop sign, make a left turn. Our location is 500m ahead on the right-hand side.
