Despite its central location, the apartment remains peaceful as it does not face the street but rather overlooks a pleasant green space, perfect for relaxation.The studio consists of a spacious living room with a large bay window that opens up to a terrace with views of the surrounding greenery and a glimpse of the sea. Additionally, there is a separate, well-equipped kitchen with its own large bay window, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a generous dressing room.
The apartment comes fully furnished with amenities such as a microwave, washing machine, iron, flat-screen television, electric roller shutters, and air conditioning. Guests also have the option to dine on the terrace.
Families with children are welcome, as the apartment provides a crib, high chair, and bathtub for their convenience.
