This fully renovated 50 m2 apartment is designed with a focus on eco-friendly materials. The use of wood wool, natural lime paints, and natural wood in the construction ensures a sustainable and environmentally conscious living space. The apartment offers great comfort, with a kitchen and living room area, as well as a bedroom. The central heating system ensures a cozy atmosphere throughout the apartment. The bedroom features a real bed for two people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-ring gas cooker, fridge, built-in oven, kettle, and coffee maker. A relaxation area is also available for your utmost comfort. The spacious bathroom includes a large tiled shower and a double basin vanity. For added convenience, secure parking is provided, and access to our washing machine can be arranged upon request. Additionally, an outdoor courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue is available for your enjoyment.
