Situated in a charming hamlet at the heart of the Combrailles region, our beautifully furnished 2 bedroom apartment is the perfect retreat near Saint Gervais d'Auvergne. Experience a warm and inviting atmosphere with stone walls and solid wood furniture throughout your stay. Although attached to our house, the apartment is completely independent and can comfortably accommodate 2 people (and possibly 1 infant). The open kitchen is equipped with a table and three chairs, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and all necessary kitchenware. The bedroom features a 140-sized bed and a corner sofa, along with a television and internet access via ADSL.

The kitchenette seamlessly blends into the bedroom/living room, creating a cozy studio-like space. You will also find a closet and a bathroom with a spacious shower, washbasin, and toilet, complete with storage cabinets. Upon request, we can provide an umbrella bed, a chair, and a high chair for your convenience.

Conveniently located just 2.5 kilometers away, St Gervais d'Auvergne offers a variety of shops, restaurants, and services. Linen rental is also available. Enjoy the outdoors on the furnished terrace, equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs, parasol, and barbecue. Our property also boasts a large plot for you to explore and relax in.

Please note that our gîte is strictly non-smoking and we do not allow pets. For further information or inquiries, please don't hesitate to contact us. Payment can be made via check or cash. A 20% deposit of the rental price will be required at the time of booking. Additionally, a security deposit of 350 will be requested upon check-in, which will be returned after the inventory is conducted upon departure.

Feel free to take a swim at Philippe pond in Saint Gervais d'Auvergne or explore nearby attractions such as the Gorges de la Sioule, Meander of Queuille, Museum of the Resistance, Manor of Veygoux, Volvic, Riom, Montluçon, Vulcania, Clermont-Ferrand, Vichy, and the chain of Puys.
