Description for B&B:
Experience the allure of a sophisticated French-style residence. With a distinctively French and welcoming atmosphere, the Le Céladon residence embodies the spirit of a bourgeois home, skillfully modernized by its well-traveled owners. Situated in the heart of the town center, the residence's stunning facade immediately captivates and impresses. Ascend the front steps to the entrance, revealing a dual-aspect layout that opens onto the park, reception rooms, small office, and family kitchen. This meticulously restored residence seamlessly blends the charm of its past with the comforts of today. Original tiles, plasterwork, woodwork, fireplaces, and old parquet flooring have been preserved, while modern amenities such as bathrooms, a kitchen, and a pool house have been added. The result is a truly enchanting and elegant home, exemplifying the perfect fusion of tradition and modernity. As you enter the magnificent entrance, a sense of delight and warmth immediately washes over you, inviting you to explore the harmonious and spacious interior, with direct access to the expansive park at the rear.
The residence boasts a large and small lounge, furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs. The dining room is adorned in green with subtle Asian touches. A small office exudes a charming verdigris ambiance. The kitchen, featuring a La Cornue range, is a delightful and inviting space. These dominant feelings of comfort and warmth continue to envelop you as you stroll through the residence, with its panoramic views of the park and the pond near the terrace. The park, adorned with century-old trees, seamlessly connects with the secure pool and the modern pool house, where maritime accents from western France and souvenirs pay homage to the residence's original notarial heritage. Several terraces, a jacuzzi, and peaceful rest areas complete the exterior, providing a privileged setting for summer evenings spent admiring the sunset or indulging in a French-style breakfast.
The interior decoration of each room pays homage to distant shores and artistic encounters. Ancient objects and mementos collected by the owners during their travels are thoughtfully placed throughout the residence, adding a touch of personality to each space. They serve as a constant source of inspiration and conversation during evenings spent in the residence.
A grand oak staircase leads to the private areas on the upper floors, exclusively dedicated to four comfortable guest rooms: "Perle," "Nacre," "Jade," and "Ambre." Each room boasts its own unique colors and shares in the tranquility of the surroundings. The "Anakha" private lounge on the second floor is a haven for relaxation, reading, and conviviality.

Appréciations pour Le Celadon, Montaigu:
Beautiful house and charming host
My wife and I have stayed here twice and would love to retire to this house. The house is situated in the center of the town and is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Gorgeous is the only word that can describe the interior. The host is the most gracious person you will ever meet. Looking forward to our next stay. Thank you Sophie.
