Description for B&B:
We have two newly built apartments located in the attic of our Perigord house. Each apartment offers a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and a color TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There is an alcove with a double bed, as well as a separate bedroom with another double bed. We can provide a baby cot upon request. The bathroom includes a washbasin and a shower. Outside, you can enjoy our garden furniture and use the barbecue. We are excited to offer a special experience during your stay with us, focused on "Tourism and Taste of Terroir", allowing you to discover the gastronomy of the Perigord region. To enjoy this theme, we kindly request a minimum stay of one week in our accommodations. The Perigord is known for its culinary tradition, and we invite you to make the most of your holiday by exploring the secrets of Perigord gastronomy.
During your week-long stay or longer, we offer you several complimentary gifts and activities. Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome-gift. On Sunday at 7 pm, we invite you to join us for a farm tour, followed by a welcome drink and a tasting of various local products. If you choose to stay for two weeks or more, you will be invited to join us every week for an aperitif, where you can meet other guests who have just arrived.
On Tuesday at 5 pm, we offer a gourmet animation session, where you can learn how to create a Perigord menu using farm-canned ingredients (two menu options will alternate each week). Please note that, due to limited kitchen space, a maximum of 2 people per rental can participate in this activity. After the session, at 8 pm, you can taste the meal prepared together (each participant can join with their family).
These additional services are provided free of charge, including meals from Tuesday evening for a maximum of 3 adults (or 2 adults and 2 children under 10 years old). If you have more than the specified number of participants, a small fee will be charged per additional person to cover the cost of ingredients used for meals.
