Welcome to our charming Bed and Breakfast! Our rates start at just $30 per night for one person on weekdays. For two people, the rate is $46 and includes breakfast. Each additional person is $13. Please note that there is a tax of $0.75 per person per night.We offer three unique rooms for your comfort. The first is our host bedroom, perfect for one to three people. This cozy room is equipped with a double bed, a single bed, and a cot. It also features a flat screen TV and free WIFI. The bathroom and facilities are shared with one other room on the same floor.
Our second room is located upstairs and can accommodate up to four people. It includes a double bed and a single bed, along with a flat screen TV and WIFI access. The bathroom and facilities are shared with one other room on the same floor.
Lastly, our ground floor room is designed for one to two people. It has its own private entrance, a double bed, a bathroom, and a kitchenette. This room also features a flat screen TV and free WIFI.

"The cottage Faluères is located on the left bank of Laval, in the southeast area. It is situated 5 minutes away from Beausoleil Airport, the karting track, and downtown Laval. It is also conveniently located near the towpath. To find the cottage using GPS, search for "Laval" and "faluere" and select "Large faluere" or "house of faluères" from the list. The GPS coordinates are Latitude: 48°03'53"N - Longitude: 0°44'16"O.
If you are arriving from Paris or Rennes via the A81 motorway, take exit #3 and follow the signs for Laval-Centre. Continue straight at the first traffic light and cross the railway bridge. At the second traffic light, turn left onto Morn Bridge (All Directions - ZI St Melaine). Keep going until you reach the next set of traffic lights, where you will see a petrol station on your right and Bricomarché Lidl on your left. Cross the D57 to enter the path of Faluères, which is on your right. Please note that it is a direction prohibited for non-residents. Drive for about 1 km and you will find the cottage on your left.
If you are coming from Paris or Le Mans via the D57, follow the directions to Laval. At the first set of traffic lights, turn left onto the path of Faluères, driving against the permitted direction (except for residents). Drive for approximately 1 km and the cottage will be on your left.
For those arriving from Rennes, St. Nazaire, or Nantes via the national road, follow the signs towards Laval - All Directions Tours and Angers. Then, head towards Le Mans (D57). Continue until you reach the intersection with traffic lights, where you will see a Bricomaché station on your left. Turn right at the lights, taking the prohibited direction (except for residents) for about 1 km. The cottage will be on your left.
If you are in the town center, drive towards the train station. Once in front of the station, turn right, leaving the railway line on your left. At the traffic lights, follow the signs for Toutes Directions ZI St Melaine and continue until you reach the next set of junction lights. You will see a Bricomarché station on your right and Lidl on your left. Cross the D57 to enter the path of Faluères, driving against the permitted direction (except for residents) for about 1 km. The cottage will be on your left."
