Restored to its former glory, this 18th century silk house is nestled in the charming hamlet of Chabanne, conveniently located near Chirols Vals les Bains, Antraigues and Aubenas.Blending traditional charm with a contemporary twist, this stone house boasts beautiful chestnut beams, stone windows, and antique furniture, alongside polished concrete floors, a metal staircase, and aluminum door frames.
With a capacity to accommodate up to 5 people, the 70 m2 cottage features 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with twin beds (90cm). The main floor is home to a walk-in shower and a lava stone sink, accessible from both bedrooms.
The cozy living room, with its high ceiling and abundant natural light streaming in through the large bay window, offers a kitchenette and a comfortable seating area with a flat screen TV. The kitchen, open to the living area, is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, and dishwasher.
An iron staircase leads to a relaxation area on the bridge (with a 90cm bed) and a private terrace of 40 m2, boasting breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys. From here, you can admire the beauty of the 3 valleys and the Tanargue mountains. The outdoor space is equipped with a dining table, lounge chairs, an electric barbecue, and an old stone sink.
For nature enthusiasts, the cottage is conveniently located near rivers such as the Ardèche, Fontaulière, and Bourges, offering picturesque spots for swimming and fishing.

- Private parking available in front of the house.
- Rental period is from Saturday to Saturday.
- Pets are allowed with prior agreement and at an additional cost of 50€ per week.
