Description for Gite
This spacious gite offers a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, ensuring your comfort during your stay. The kitchenette includes a fridge/freezer, induction plates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dishes. There is a table with 5 chairs for dining, and in the living area, you'll find a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress, an armchair, and a TV with a DVD player. WIFI is also available.The gite features a large bedroom with a 140 bed and an additional 90 bed. The beds will be made for you upon arrival, and towels are provided (please bring your own towels for the pool). The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet.
For your convenience, there is a laundry area with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron, as well as all the necessary cleaning supplies.
Guests have access to a 4000m2 park with a playground, bicycles, and outdoor games. Additionally, there is a communal pool measuring 5x10m2. The pool is heated from June to September and treated with sea salt, eliminating any chlorine smell. There is also a hot shower and toilet available near the pool area.

If you are traveling from the north of France, it is recommended to take the A87 motorway from Angers-Cholet and then proceed onto the A83 motorway. Take the exit at Fontenay le Comte, specifically exit 8, leading towards La Rochelle.
For those coming from the south of France, take the A11 and shortly after Niort, merge onto the A83 motorway. Exit at Fontenay-le-Comte, again taking exit 8 towards La Rochelle.
