Welcome to "Beach Walk," a charming house located just 100m from the sandy beach end, perfect for a group of 2 to 6 people. With its south-facing orientation, enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and the Eckmühl lighthouse from the three bedrooms.Inside, you'll find a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen, along with three bedrooms featuring two beds of 140 and one bed of 160 that can be separated into two 80-sized beds. The spacious bathroom includes a shower, bath, and two washbasins, while there are also two toilets available. The house also offers a garage and courtyard for your convenience.
The property boasts an enclosed garden with an electric gate, where you can relax on the terrace with garden furniture and chairs, and indulge in a delicious barbecue. Families with babies will find the necessary equipment available, and internet access is provided.
While staying at "Beach Walk," don't miss the opportunity to witness the return of trawlers and the landing of the catch of the day at the nearby Guilvinec. Indulge in the local delicacies such as lobsters, crabs, fish, and the famous crepes.
All necessary shops are conveniently located just 800m from the house, and you can easily reach them on foot with the market trolley available. The local market takes place on Tuesday and Sunday mornings.
The rental price ranges from 220 to 900 per week, excluding charges. Special rates are available for different seasons, with off-season rates starting from 220 to 260 per week. School holidays (except summer) are priced at 350 per week, while June and September rates range from 350 to 400 per week. For summer 2024 (July/August), there is a minimum booking requirement of two weeks, with rates varying from 750 to 900 per week.
If "Beach Walk" is not available for your desired dates, another house just 150m from the sea is also available at a more affordable price, ranging from 220 to 280 per week in the offseason.
