Only a short 5-minute drive to Aytré beach and a mere 15 minutes away from Châtelaillon-Plage, where you can enjoy the beach, try your luck at the casino, or play a round of mini golf. Additionally, the beautiful island of Ré is within easy reach. Situated just 500 meters from a 9-hole golf course, an equestrian center, and a thrilling ropes course, our unique property offers three bedrooms with separate entrances. You will have access to an indoor pool with sunbathing facilities, a spacious garden, a terrace, a cozy TV lounge, and a fridge for your convenience. Ample parking space is available, and we provide internet access and WiFi for our guests. A shared toilet is available for the three rooms. Please note that smoking is not allowed.
