Welcome to la Ferme de Marchezais! Our charming gîte rural is conveniently located near Paris, Normandie, and Chartres, making it the perfect destination for those looking to explore the beautiful surroundings. Nestled within a working farm, you will have the unique opportunity to witness pony breeding up close.With its 3 wheat ears rating, our private 116 m² space offers ample room for relaxation and comfort. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room/dining room, complete with a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a convenient W C, and a bathroom.
The first floor boasts two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. There is also a separate shower and W C for your convenience. Our gîte is equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, and a fireplace to keep you warm during colder months.
Outside, you can enjoy the peaceful garden and make use of the barbecue facilities. For your convenience, there is also a telephone available. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or an adventure-filled getaway, la Ferme de Marchezais is the perfect choice for your stay.

To get to Serville, follow these revised travel directions:
Take the RN12 road, located between Houdan and Dreux. When you reach Marolles, take the exit and head towards Anet. At Marchezais, make a left turn and continue until you reach Serville. The last farm on your left will be Serville.
