The farmhouse, originally built in 1838, has undergone a transformation into a charming Bed & Breakfast that offers five cozy rooms. Additionally, we have a recreational building called the Blue Lagoon, which serves as a space for sports, games, art, and other recreational activities. This versatile venue is also available for workshops, weddings, festivities, and room rentals. Furthermore, we have set up a mini camping area in the meadow.Each of our five bedrooms has a private bathroom with a separate toilet. These rooms create a Small World of their own, with each one named after a place in the world that has left us with beautiful and cherished memories. All of our bedrooms offer lovely views of the garden and the mountains beyond. We have a total of five double rooms.
PtitMonde boasts a superb location near the Col de Bonhomme, the Hohneck, and the lakes of Xonrupt Longemer and Gérardmer. From our terrace, guests can catch a glimpse of the picturesque Route de Crêtes. Whether you are an outdoor enthusiast seeking tranquility or a passionate motorbike rider, our bed and breakfast is the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. Our meticulously maintained sunny garden provides the ideal setting for moments of relaxation in the sun, whether it be by the pond, in a hammock, on the grass, or in one of the many shaded sitting areas. The Blue Lagoon offers additional amenities such as ping-pong and table football, a mini flea market, and a space for playing music.
Winter guests will feel right at home at PtitMonde, as we are conveniently located near the ski resorts of La Bresse, Gérardmer, and Lac Blanc. Next to our property, you can embark on a beautiful snowshoe trail. After a day of outdoor activities, you can unwind by the fireplace in our central living room, while sipping on Glühwein or hot cocoa to enhance your comfort.
Food holds great importance at PtitMonde, and we take pride in carefully preparing all our meals with fresh ingredients. Our menu reflects the various flavors and dishes we have encountered during our travels around the world. Embark on a culinary journey with our three-course dinner that offers a taste of different regions across the globe.

In the evening, indulge in our three-course dinner, which showcases the diverse cuisines we have discovered throughout our travels. From France to Russia, Spain to Indonesia, Italy to Africa, each meal is meticulously crafted using fresh ingredients, many of which come from our own vegetable garden. We also cater to vegetarians, offering tasteful vegetarian meals.
For coffee enthusiasts, we have a luxury coffee bean espresso machine that can prepare a wide range of beverages, from ristrettos to latte macchiatos. Tea lovers will appreciate our extensive selection of (herbal) teas, including homemade herbal blends. We can accommodate gluten allergies upon request, and we also offer the option to follow Chris Verburgh's diet, The Food Hourglass.
For lunch, we provide convenient lunchboxes filled with fruits, snacks, soft drinks, and a choice of sandwiches made with French or homemade bread. Alternatively, you can enjoy a warm or cold meal in our dining room, which includes fresh smoothies, wholesome cakes, salads, deluxe sandwiches, and homemade soup.
Our buffet breakfast features homemade bread, fresh fruits, boiled eggs, croissants, chocolate bread, homemade brioche, or fresh French bread from the local bakery. Additionally, we offer cottage cheese, muesli, tea, coffee, freshly squeezed fruit juices, homemade jams, honey, butter, cheese, and cold meats.
Coffee and tea are provided throughout your stay, and our entire Bed and Breakfast is equipped with central heating.

Description for Gite
Our gîte, "Grand Voyage," offers a spacious and comfortable stay for up to 6 people. The open kitchen and living room area measures 33 square meters, while the three 2-person bedrooms range from 16 to 21 square meters. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.The gîte is fully equipped with essential amenities, including a 4-burner electric plate, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, and coffee maker. Stay connected with our complimentary WIFI service.
The gîte is available for rent starting from a minimum of 4 days. Please note that the minimum age for guests is 16 years and older.
Located in the same building as our chambre d'hôtes, gîte residents have access to all the facilities and services provided to our guests. This includes a TV room, information corner, garden, recreation room with a piano and table tennis table, washing machine, and minibar. Enjoy the convenience of our breakfast buffet and the option to indulge in a delightful evening at the table d'hôtes.
The price for the gîte is 175 euros per day, which includes cleaning costs, bed linen, towels, electricity, and heating. Please note that the tourist tax of 0.50 euros per person per night is not included in the price.
From October 1 to May 1, there is an additional contribution of 15 euros per day for heating costs.

1. Start from Luxembourg and head towards the direction of Metz and Nancy.
2. Continue in the direction of Strasbourg and Colmar.
3. Approximately 40 km before reaching Colmar, you will pass by Saint Dié. Take the Gerardmer exit.
4. After about 15 km, at the roundabout in Anould, follow the sign for Fraize.
From this point onward, follow the following instructions:
- After the roundabout, take the second street on your right, which is located approximately 500 m after the roundabout. Look for the LogoPtitMondeOnline.
- Stay on Rue Jeanne d'Arc, which is a long and winding road. Keep to the left.
- After about 1 km, take the first road on your left.
- Continue on this road for approximately 2.5 km until you reach a T-junction. At the junction, turn right following the sign for PtitMonde.
- After 200 m, you will arrive at your destination, PtitMonde. Follow the signs to the parking area and check-in at the entrance.
- Loading and unloading is possible at the entrance.
