Introducing the New Holiday Cottage "Aux Pays des sucs"Nestled in a tranquil green area, away from main roads and neighboring houses, Chazes Farm offers the perfect retreat. Situated 900 meters above sea level amidst the breathtaking "Sucs" (domes from volcanoes), it overlooks the stunning Emblavez Valley. This idyllic location truly is a little slice of paradise.
The cottage itself spans 250m², with half occupied by the owners and the other half dedicated to the holiday cottage. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living area, an independent bedroom, and a designated activities area. Upstairs, there is another independent bedroom.
Despite our secluded setting, we are conveniently close to major towns in Haute-Loire. Le Pertuis, Saint-Hostien, and the national road 88 are just 5 minutes away, while Ysingeaux, the Meygal cross-country skiing hall, Saint Julien Chapteuil, Le Puy-en-Velay, and the Les Estables ski resort are all within a short drive.
Children will never be bored at our holiday cottage, thanks to our unique activities area. They can enjoy a climbing wall, a mini skateboard ramp, a table soccer game, a treehouse with a valley view, a swing, and even the nearby Le Pertuis Via Ferrata.
Our holiday cottage offers a comfortable and well-equipped living space, including an open-concept kitchen, a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, leather sofas and chairs, a large dining table, and a night area with a king-size bed. Additionally, there is an independent bedroom on the ground floor and another one upstairs, both with their own showers and sinks. The cottage also features a patio on each floor, offering a total of 70m² of outdoor space, as well as a spacious 3500m² of land.
We warmly welcome pets, and we have amenities to enhance your stay, such as a traditional baker oven for making wood-fired pizzas, a barbecue, deck chairs, garden furniture, a TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi. For added convenience, we provide a washing machine, as well as sheets and towels.

Prepare to indulge in an authentic paradise.Spanning 250m², the cottage is divided into two halves. The ground floor is dedicated to the holiday cottage, featuring a spacious living area, an independent bedroom, and an activities area on the upper level. Meanwhile, the other half is occupied by the owners.

Our holiday cottage offers a comfortable and well-equipped space. The main room features an open-concept kitchen, a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, a leather sofa, and a leather sofa chair. A large table with six chairs provides ample dining space. The night area is furnished with a king-size bed. Additionally, there is an independent ground floor bedroom with a double bed, a shower, and a sink, as well as an independent upstairs bedroom with a king-size bed, a shower, and a sink. A WC is conveniently located on the ground floor. Outdoor spaces include a 20m² patio on the ground floor, a 50m² patio upstairs, and 3500m² of land.

What time are you planning to arrive?
If you are coming from St Etienne and reaching the village "Le Pertuis":
1°) Head towards "Le Puy-en-Velay".
2°) Once you have passed the village "Le Pertuis", take the first small road on your right, approximately 500 meters after leaving the village.
3°) When you arrive at a small crossroads, continue straight and then take the first road on your right. Look out for the sign of "Aux Pays des Sucs".
4°) Follow the signs for about a minute.
5°) When you reach another small crossroads, turn right.
6°) Our house will be on the left.
If you are arriving at the village "St Hostien" from "Le Puy-en-Velay":
1°) In front of the Tabac, take the road on the left towards "Rosières" for 2 kilometers.
2°) After passing the large farm on your right, take the first road on your right towards "Les Chazes".
3°) Our house will be on the right side after passing 6 houses on the left.
