Description for B&B:
All three of the renovated bedrooms are beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Each room has its own unique theme and style. The first room, called Francis, pays homage to the victor of Marignan who stayed at the Castle in 1533. It is adorned with elements inspired by the Grand Century, including antique furniture and portraits of important figures from the Louis XIV era.
The Marie Antoinette room captures the luxurious lifestyle praised by Talleyrand before the upheaval of the French Revolution. It features a stylish hip bath and a toilet that adds a touch of sensuality.
For those with a preference for the Second Empire, the Empire Room is highly recommended. With its elegant Eugenie furniture and calming gray walls, it offers a serene and comfortable atmosphere. The largest salon in the castle, it is the perfect place to gather before or after meals. Enjoy a delightful plum aveyronnaise by the fireplace on a cool evening.
The culinary experience at Chateau Canac is superb and perfectly complements the overall ambiance. The renowned chef, Busset, skillfully prepares traditional Aveyronnais dishes, showcasing the rich flavors of the region. For an even more exceptional dining experience, guests can venture to the Moulin de Cambelong in Conques, located thirty kilometers away. Here, they can indulge in nature-inspired cuisine. Gourmet packages that combine stays at Chateau de Canac with meals at the Michelin-starred restaurant in Conques are also available.
Come and enjoy the exquisite dining at Chateau Canac. A royal feast awaits you!
