La Clôture is a charming gîte located on the first floor. The bedroom is perfect for two people, featuring a comfortable double bed measuring 160x200cm and offering stunning views of the surrounding fields. Your private bathroom is equipped with modern fittings for your convenience. Additionally, there is a cozy sitting area where you can enjoy reading the newspaper or a captivating book while taking in the picturesque views.Beneath the gîte/studio, you will find a summer kitchen that you are welcome to use. This well-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing your breakfast or simple meals. Through the double doors, you will have your own private entrance and terrace. The kitchen includes a fridge, dishwashers, two burner cooker, coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, and a small oven. You will also find pans, cutlery, dishes, and kitchen linens at your disposal.
Gîte:
For a minimum stay of 5 nights, the weekly rates range from 385,00 to 448,00.
If you prefer to have breakfast served, I am happy to provide it either in the summer kitchen or on the terrace outside for an additional cost of 7,50 per person per day.
As a Bed & Breakfast option:
For a minimum stay of 2 nights, the rates per night range from 65,00 to 79,00, and breakfast is included in the price.
Please note that smoking is not permitted inside our home, but you are welcome to do so outside.

Directions
To reach your destination, follow the road directions to Rennes-Josselin-Pontivy, N764 for a distance of 800 meters. Then, continue on the D778 for 2.5 kilometers in the direction of Loudéac, Les Forges, and Lanouée. Look out for a small road on your right, leading to "La Florida." Take an immediate left onto a dead-end road, covering a distance of 25 meters. The house, named "La Clôture," is located right there, being the first house you will come across.
