This newly constructed holiday home is conveniently located on the outskirts of the Landes forest, just a short drive away from the stunning Bassin d'Arcachon and Biscarrosse.

With a spacious ground floor area of 35 square meters, the cottage can accommodate up to 5 people. It features two bedrooms with the option of two double beds or four single beds, a bathroom with a double sink and shower, and a well-equipped kitchen with ceramic plates, a microwave, and a fridge freezer. The kitchen opens up to a cozy living room with a sofa bed, TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Additionally, guests can enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.

For those seeking outdoor adventures, a nearby cycle track is just 600 meters away, allowing easy access to the ocean coast or Lake Parentis/Biscarrosse in under 45 minutes. Bicycles are also available for guests to use. On the premises, there are various recreational activities to enjoy, such as mini golf, archery, badminton, football, and petanque.

Parents traveling with young children can request baby equipment including a cot, high chair, and bath deckchair. The price of the rental includes electricity, water, tourist tax, Wi-Fi, and secure parking. The rates range from 300 to 700 euros per week, with a 10% discount available for bookings of two weeks or more.
