This fully-furnished ground floor villa (180m2) offers easy accessibility for individuals with reduced mobility. It features 4 bedrooms with a total of 4 double beds, 2 single beds, and a crib. Additionally, there are 3 bathrooms for convenience. The villa is equipped with essential amenities including a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, TV, and internet access.A charming veranda with a sea view opens up to a spacious wooden deck, while two other shady terraces are situated on either side of the villa. The property boasts a large garden of 1300m2 adorned with fruit trees.
The beautiful Vincendo beach can be reached within a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive. This beach offers several small coves with black sand and is accessible from November until the end of austral summer. Please note that swimming is allowed but not supervised.
Nearby, the Rivière Langevin and lava flows add to the picturesque surroundings.
The rental price varies depending on the time of year:
- Outside of school holidays: 490 euros per week
- During school holidays: 560 euros per week
- Weekend package (Friday arrival, Sunday departure): 290 euros
Linen is provided, and cleaning services upon departure are available upon request for an additional fee of 60 euros.
