Description for B&B:
Welcome to Jeff and Peggy B&B, located in the heart of Paris. We have been living in this beautiful city since 2005 and have fallen in love with its charm. Two years ago, we started a blog called ParisParis.in to share our favorite places to visit in Paris, including restaurants, museums, fashion shops, cake shops, and more. With over 400 articles on our blog, we can provide you with personalized recommendations for your visit. Now, we are excited to open our B&B in our cozy flat, where we can share our discoveries and love for Paris with travelers from around the world. Our flat, which spans 840 sq ft, is situated in the convenient and lovely 19th Area of Paris. You will have easy access to small shops, an open-air French market, restaurants, a perfumery shop, Canal de l'Ourcq & Saint Martin, the famous cultural place named LE 104, and public transportation.
The subway (ligne 7) is only a 3-minute walk from our flat and can take you to two main train stations, gare du Nord and gare de l'Est, in less than 15 minutes. It also provides direct access to popular attractions such as Opéra Garnier, "Grands magasins," the Louvre, Chatelet, Notre-Dame de Paris, and la cité des sciences & de la musique (La Villette). Additionally, there is a direct bus line to Montmartre Village, which is only a 15-minute ride away.
Your room, measuring 129 sq ft, is a peaceful oasis overlooking the garden. It features a comfortable king-size bed or two single beds, a spacious closet, a desk, a computer with internet access, and fresh bath towels. You will also have access to our brand new, luxurious Italian shower with three invigorating water streams.
After a long day of exploring the city, you can relax in our inviting living room or enjoy a drink on the balcony. In the mornings, you will be treated to a traditional French breakfast in our kitchen or on the balcony. Delight in freshly baked French bread (baguette) accompanied by Paris honey and homemade marmalade, all while sipping on artisanal apple juice.
We hope to welcome you soon to the "most beautiful city in the world" and make your stay with us truly special. We guarantee that you will create lasting memories. If needed, parking spaces are available for rent in the residence for an additional fee of 10€ per night. The time of your arrival and departure can be discussed and arranged when you make your reservation. We are fluent in French, English, and Spanish, ensuring smooth communication during your stay.
