This gite description showcases a house that offers a comfortable and spacious living area on the ground floor. The living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet, and small laundry room are all conveniently located on this level. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms available for guests.The first bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom contains two single beds and an additional double bed. If needed, there is also a convertible sofa bed available. The house is fully equipped with various utensils and dishes, a coffee maker, microwave oven, conventional oven, toaster, electric kettle, food processor, washing machine, aerothermal heating, and a 70 cm TV.
Outside, guests can enjoy a courtyard, lawn, garden table, chairs, and sun loungers. This rental property is available throughout the year, with options for monthly, weekly, or weekend stays. Rates vary depending on the season, with October to April priced at 200€ per week, September, May, and June at 270€ per week, and July and August at 340€ per week. Weekend rates range from 120€ to 180€ depending on the time of year. Reservations are required for all bookings.
