The house is fully equipped with various utensils and dishes, a coffee maker, microwave oven, conventional oven, toaster, electric kettle, food processor, washing machine, aerothermal heating, and a 70 cm TV.

Outside, guests can enjoy a courtyard, lawn, garden table, chairs, and sun loungers. This rental property is available throughout the year, with options for monthly, weekly, or weekend stays. Rates vary depending on the season, with October to April priced at 200€ per week, September, May, and June at 270€ per week, and July and August at 340€ per week. Weekend rates range from 120€ to 180€ depending on the time of year. Reservations are required for all bookings.
