Stayed with the perfect host Christine for 4 nights in August 2016, this first class accomodation is located in the center of the somme battlefields. It is the most friendly and quiet place to stay, I would not hesitate to recommend this B&B to anyone. The beautiful breakfasts by Christine is something to look forward.

Brilliant location
We stayed in May 2015, for just one night, on our way to Italy . It was a brilliant location and looking to go back. Christine was so welcoming and helpful.
Superb place
Stayed with Christine in 2008 and will be there again in 2016. Hope this place doesn;t become TOO POPULAR (only joking). Warm, friendly, beautiful and fabulously situated for those interested in WW1 and the gorgeous Picardy region in general. Can' rate Christine's hospitality high enough. Rooms have been booked for 7 yrs now.
Somme Area Visit
We visited the Albert region in Oct 2014, spending four nights at Chambres d'hôtes L'Amartinierre. Christine & her family were the perfect hosts and extremely welcoming and I would not hesitate to recommend the accommodation. I and my stepdaughter will hopefully be visiting the area in 2015 and will certainly stay with Christine again. The experience is what we'd consider to be a typical French rural homestead, very quiet but never far from destinations we were visiting. Very enjoyable!!
