Welcome to our unique and stylish vacation rental, located in the heart of downtown. Housed in a historic spinning mill, this atypical 45sqm apartment on the first floor offers a loft-like ambience with stunning views of the Palais Fervaques. With two bedrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

The minimum stay is 2 nights, with flexible arrival options. The rate for 2 nights is €180, plus a local tax of €0.85 per person per night. Additional nights are priced at €90 each, with discounts available for longer stays of a week or more.

We pride ourselves on providing excellent service for our guests. Upon arrival, you will find the beds made and the initial cleaning done by our team (except for dishes and tidying up). Bathroom, table, and kitchen linens are provided, along with a welcoming tray to make you feel right at home.

The apartment features two bedrooms, one with a comfortable queen-sized bed (160x200) and a mezzanine with two single beds (90x190). We can also provide a crib and a high chair for your little one upon request.

TOUT EST ACCUEILLANT A LA FILATURE: EXTERIEUR, INTERIEUR ET LES PROPRIETAIRES.
On y est comme chez soi; Surtout si l'on a choisi de commander le menu cocotte: chouette idée et délicieux.
La filature est idealement placée dans une ville enfin mise en valeur.
Je souhaite une belle année 2013 à la filature et ses projets

Directions

To reach the destination, take the A26 motorway and exit at number 10 labeled "Saint-Quentin-centre." Follow the signs towards "Palais de Fervaques" and "office de tourisme." Make two consecutive left turns to reach Palais de Fervaques. From there, continue in the direction of "Temple." The destination is located at number 12 and there is a large parking area with 100 spaces in front.
