This charming Savoyarde farmhouse from the XVIII century has been beautifully renovated to provide a comfortable and spacious accommodation option in St. Leger, in the picturesque Maurienne Valley of Savoie, France. Situated on a plateau with breathtaking mountain views and surrounded by 6 hectares of land, this property offers a privileged and tranquil setting at an altitude of 470m.

The Bed & Breakfast can accommodate up to 6 people and is designed to bring you close to nature. It features two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a king-size bed and two single beds. Additionally, there is a living room, an office, and a bathroom with a WC. The B&B has a private entrance and a deck where you can enjoy your breakfast while taking in the fresh air and stunning views.

The Renovated Hay Barn can accommodate up to 8 people and combines traditional elements, such as exposed beams and stone walls, with a contemporary touch. It boasts a unique glass ceiling that allows you to admire the roof structure, as well as a parquet floor. From the deck, you can sit back, relax, and appreciate the breathtaking scenery and wildlife that surrounds you, perhaps with a glass of wine in hand.

For larger groups, there is also the possibility to rent both the Renovated Barn and the B&B, accommodating up to 12 people (14 with the canopy bed). This option includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms with WC, a separate WC, two lounges, an office, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private entrance.

The property is located near numerous lakes for swimming and ski resorts, making it an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts. The land has been organically managed for the past 17 years, creating a haven for wildlife. Horses, cats, and chickens also reside harmoniously on the property.
