The Gite dAliénor is a fully renovated farmhouse from the 19th century. It offers 4 bedrooms, including 3 double bedrooms and a family bedroom. The double bedrooms consist of two rooms with Queen size beds (160 x 200) and one room with two beds (100 x 200). The family bedroom, known as the Aliénor dAquitaine room, has a Queen size bed (160 x 200) and a double sofa bed (140 x 190). All the bedding is brand new and of high quality.

The gîte features a spacious kitchen that opens onto a covered terrace with views of the park. The total area of the lodging is 183 m2, while the park measures 31,000 m2. There is also a large swimming pool (12 mx 6 m) located on a hill, offering a stunning view of the Chalosse. The pool is heated from April to October and has a pool house equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilets. Additionally, there are various aquatic games available for children.

The gîte is equipped with modern amenities, including WiFi Adsl 2, Canalsat, DVD player, Blue Ray, a DVD library, board games, and games for children. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and TV.

Furthermore, there is an animal park on the premises that will bring joy to the entire family.

The location of the gîte is ideal, being only 1500 m away from the Adour river and its numerous forest walks. It is also just 10 minutes from Tartas, a charming medieval town known for its equestrian activities and canoeing on the river. Tartas offers various supermarkets for convenience. The gîte is a 15-minute drive from Dax, a Roman town famous for its thermal waters, and approximately 30 minutes away from the Basque Country, Béarn, Pyrénées, and the beautiful beaches of the Côte dArgent (such as Hossegor) where you can enjoy surfing and other water activities.

The prices for the accommodation include end-of-stay cleaning, linen rental, baby beds and high chairs, bicycle rental, fishing equipment rental, table football, ping-pong table, water polo equipment, petanque, and more. Additionally, dogs are welcome at no extra charge.
